In the Pink with Yawn

I am very lucky when I get to work with wonderful independent brands like Yawn, its a privilege to write about them here on my blog and to let you know how beautiful their products really are.  I’m such a home body, I love nothing more than at the end of a working day when all my jobs are done to have a long soak in the bath and put on the softest most comfortable pj’s.  Its one of life’s little pleasures to feel relaxed and cosy cuddled up on the sofa with a big mug of tea, it helps me define my day and relax before bed, phone and laptop out of sight so I can truly switch off.

To help with the transition from those balmy Summer days into the slower paced days of Autumn, introducing a touch of blush pink to your home and sleepwear bridges the gap.  I think you all know now I am a pink convert, well maybe I should say a dusky pink convert after introducing the colour into my home at the beginning of the year by decorating my hall in the delicious hue.  Yawn have now turned my attention to their sublime pink collection of blush to dusky toned nightwear and accessories in cotton, chambray and fleece, perfect cosy textures to delight in.  I absolutely love the Hideaway design pj’s, made in the softest of cottons, a relaxed fit for comfort, beautiful detailing with every button hole and seam, a true classic style that I wouldn’t be without.  I have a few pairs now that I rotate with the seasons but I do think these dusky pink ones are my favourite.  What I also love about Yawn products is the attention to detail every print is drawn or painted by hand in their studio in London, each with a quirky hidden detail for you to find in your own time, be it a love heart, a lighthouse or a deer!

Another reason I adore Yawn is that they are a small company who are trying to make a difference as much as they can, listening to customers and taking on board feedback along with their every day work.  They are striving with every decision they make to balance customer need with an environmental and social impact, then adding a good old dollop of common sense.  Take for instance the softest snuggliest blankets, made in the UK with 75% recycled cotton, small changes lead to a more sustainable future.  The luxurious blankets are perfect for this time of the year and I know that mine will get a lot of use in the coming months, I think it may even come away with me in the caravan in October to snuggle up in.

So if you are on the hunt for the perfect sleepwear then look no further than Yawn, they come highly recommended and even better I have a discount offer for you, receive 15% off until the 1st October 2019 using the code TEAWITHRUBYXYAWN15 at checkout.  The perfect Autumn pick me up, cosy pj’s to pad around in on lazy weekends, simply nothing beats it!

  • with thanks to Yawn for gifting the pj’s and blanket for the purpose of this post, I’ve also written an article for Yawn about the colour pink over on their blog here
