Sparkle & Fizz with Pale Fox & Everleaf

One of the loveliest things at this time of year is having a seasonal tipple or two but sometimes you want all the sparkle but not the alcohol.  This is where Pale Fox and Everleaf drinks are simply the perfect drinks to create those special moments without feeling like you’ve been left out.   Either together as a Mountain spritz or on their own to enjoy the freshness of a glass of chilled sparkling wine or a delicious fruit filled cocktail.

Joining together with Everleaf who are a staple in our house all year they have come up with a simple spritz which is the perfect Christmas drink, whether you are celebrating at a gathering or indulging with nibbles and a movie the Mountain spritz will work on both occasions.  Add ice to a large wine glass or Copa glass, add 75ml of Everleaf Mountain with its cherry blossom, strawberry, juniper and rose-hip aromatic blend, and 125ml of chilled Pale Fox alcohol free sparkling wine.  Stir lightly add an orange slice to garnish then enjoy!
